This morning I noticed a very special transit in my natal chart and tweeted about it. If astrology isn't your thing, this portion of this delineation (my interpretation of the astrology charts) is meant to offer you some in-depth awareness regarding natal transits.
What is medical astrology?
Medical Astrology is the observation of the planets, signs, and houses in comparison to the human body, onset symptoms, and signs of illness and disease. Using ancient Indigenous and Hellenistic techniques, we can provide suggestions for remedies to assist in your healing. You are encouraged to book an appointment with your Primary Care Physician (PCP) while observing your medical astrology transits.
What is a transit?
The Astrology Dictionary says the following:

Astrologers usually define a transit as the passage of a planet or celestial body relative to the location of another celestial body or sector in an astrological chart. Read more.
What is a natal chart?
Again The Astrology Dictionary comes in very, very handy:
A natal chart is a diagram which represents the positions of the planets and other celestial bodies at the moment that a person was born. It is used by astrologers for the practice of natal astrology. Read more.
What is a Solar Lunar Opposition?
Technically this is two aspects occurring in different parts of the chart in 4 places (each of the fixed signs: Aquarius, Taurus, Leo, and Scorpio) in the 2nd, 5th, 8th, and 11th Houses ruled by Venus, The Sun, Mars, and Saturn (in chronological order of house ruler).
In the chart pictured above, the opposition aspect of 180° of separation between two planets occurs between the Suns and Moons. The outer wheel represents the transit chart and current space time. The inner wheel represents my personal natal chart.
The geometric lines in the center of the charts are aspects between the transit and natal chart. Red lines are major aspects with the highest priority. Blue lines are minor aspects with medium to low priority. Green lines are aspects with beneficial affects. In my delineation, there is a focus on these particular planets: Benefic Venus, The Sun, and both of the Malefics. In medical astrology opposition (180°) and square (90°) aspects are the highest priority regarding symptoms and remedies. Thankfully, I have minor aspects in regards to the natal and transit Malefics.
Should I trust medical astrology to diagnose my symptoms?
To be honest, I do not know how to answer this without saying - medical astrology personally provided me comfort and awareness when I was experiencing a tough transit in my personal natal chart. I will always advocate for your safety and wellness and will suggest that you book an appointment with your PCP or establish one with regular visitation for up to 8 months or more.
Medical astrology will not specifically forecast or predict what you will experience, but it does share insights into what is possible and where it is occurring. Astrology is an Indigenous sacred practice that should not be taken lightly.
Tracking your transits with medical astrology should be in accordance with your free will while consulting a medical professional and behavioral health team if needed. Thank you for respecting this sacred holistic Indigenous practice.
Do I have to share my personal experience of illness and disease with you?
No, you do not have to share anything at all. I will send you a pre-recorded video or meet with you on a video call where you choose if our session is recorded or not. I will not share your personal medical information, however you do not need to disclose any of your personal information to me for my delineation of the transits. You are welcome to share and encouraged to book additional time if you need space to talk about your experience in a safe space or you can book with your personal behavioral health professional.
Why is this transit significant?
Here is my personal delineation of my Solar Lunar Opposition in fixed signs on May 12, 2023 at 12 p.m. Pacific. There is some information that can be used in your personal natal chart.
You can check the transit planets, signs, and houses. If you have planets in your natal chart that are in the same signs or in aspect, then you may experience the transit in your own personal way.
On May 12th I will be experiencing my Solar Opposition. A Lunar Opposition will be occurring at 12:00 p.m. Pacific.
Natal Saturn cools off 19° Sagittarius ♐️ making a minor aspect with back, hip, and leg pain to the transit Sun in Taurus 21° ♉️.
Natal Mars heats up 23° Libra ♎️ making a minor aspect with hormonal imbalances, exhaustion, and more back pain (from internal organs) to the transit Sun in Taurus 21° ♉️.
Natal Moon in Leo 24° ♌️ conjunct Transit Moon in Leo will cycle my physical body through detoxification. To remedy, I plan to work with Water and Earth to cool off and ground.
Transit Mars in Cancer 25° ♋️ may cause other people to experience abdominal issues but it's in a harmonious aspect in my natal chart so I am thankful to Mars for gracing me LOL
Transit Venus in Cancer 5° ♋️ may start our morning off with some nausea but I will still drink my coffee...with creamer to remedy the acid. Transit Venus is in a minor aspect to the transit Sun in Taurus 21° ♉️.
Transit Ascendant in Leo 21° ♌️ conjunct my Leo Moon 24° ♌️ at high noon Pacific will create a harmonious warmth radiating from the heart outward into the body especially when experiencing Sun Light.
Transit Moon in Aquarius 24° square transit Sun in Taurus 21° ♉️ may cause lower leg pain, circulation issues, and electrical problems within the body but I plan to remedy this with Earth and Dark. Because it is in the last decan of Aquarius, these symptoms may begin mid-evening.

How do I book a reading?
Go here and select Natal Transit under Reading Type. If you are a New Customer you will be charged $111 for your first session with me. Returning Customers will be charged $77 for their returning visit. Currently I do not accept Health Savings Account (HSA) payments, but will post when that or other payment options are available.
You will be asked to choose a Zodiac System and you may choose Tropical / Western or Sidereal. Tropical / Western adjusts the chart to the ascendant and mathematical equations based on angular positions. Sidereal adjusts the chart to the stars and mathematical equations based on their positions. If you do not know which to choose, go with Tropical / Western then come back for a Sidereal reading.
